Ol' Bob's Real Pit Barbecue Sauce recipe was handed down to me by an old "Pitmaster", and has been enjoyed by local families for over 20 years. Brush it on hamburgers, chicken, or steaks, before grilling. It is a great ketchup substitute in your recipes. It also is a delicious NON FAT salad dressing or dip. Come join us at the 2010 State Fair of Texas. You'll have a chance to buy all our sauces at special State Fair prices and we'll even be there in person on a few days so you can sample our true Texas BBQ flavors. You can find our sauces in the Food & Fiber Pavillion for the entire duration of the fair. On select days, we'll be there in person from 2pm to 4pm just outside the pavillion where we will be sampling all of our sauces (Ol' Bob's Original, Happy Habanero, and our Special Low Sugar BBQ Sauce).

In person fair days: Sunday Sept. 26, Friday Oct. 1, Thursday Oct. 7, Sunday Oct. 10, and Saturday Oct. 16.
